Cedar Glen Lodge guarantees that if you make a reservation on the Cedar Glen Lodge web site and then find a lower publicly available and immediately bookable room-only rate on the Internet for the same room at Cedar Glen Lodge, we'll match it, plus give you a $25 American Express® Gift Cheque, subject to the following terms and conditions:

Terms and Conditions:

• You must have a confirmed reservation made on the Cedar Glen Lodge web site (www.tahoecedarglen.com), for a stay at Cedar Glen Lodge located in Tahoe Vista, California. When multiple rates for the same hotel, reservation dates, and room type are displayed, you must reserve the lowest room rate to be eligible for the guarantee.
• If you find a lower publicly available room rate on a booking channel (except for "opaque" web sites) for the same accommodations (net of any taxes, gratuities, or any other fees associated with the room rate), same dates of stay, same length of stay, same number of guests and same room type and available for purchase, within twenty-four (24) hours of booking your reservation, then fill out and submit a completed claim form.
• You must submit the claim form in the manner prescribed in the form. Claim form must be received within 24 hours of the time the original reservation was confirmed.
• When a claim form covers multiple nights, the room rates will be compared for each night separately. Only One Gift Cheque will be issued per reserved consecutive night stay.
• Once we verify the availability and eligibility of the lower rate, we'll match it, plus give you a $25 American Express® Gift Cheque. Gift Cheque will be sent to you the next business day after your stay, as reserved, is completed.

Our Best Rates Guarantee - DOES NOT APPLY to the following:

• Rates available on "opaque" or auction web sites where the hotel brand and specific hotel are not known until the booking is made. Examples of these types of sites includes but are not limited to Priceline.com, and Hotwire.com.
• Web sites that "package" travel, entertainment, hotel and/or food components such as airfare and hotel stay, hotel stay and car rental, hotel stay and restaurant voucher, etc. Examples of package web sites include but are not limited to Site 59 and Expedia, and Hotels.com
• Discount or negotiated rates not available to the general public, including but not limited to the following rates: membership (e.g., AAA or AARP), corporate, government, promotional, unpublished, employee, offline wholesale/FIT, group or other specially negotiated rates.
