Summer has finally arrived! After a third consecutive year of near record snowfall, North Lake Tahoe is primed and ready for fun in the sun and Cedar Glen Lodge is your ideal summer vacation destination!
Conveniently located to a multitude of outdoor activities and easy access to the lake, Cedar Glen Lodge offers a pastoral and tranquil environment that is enjoyed by guests of all ages. With 31 rooms to chose from and 20 unique floor plans, our accommodations will satisfy all your needs. Our rooms offer a variety of amenities such as massage tubs, full kitchens and air conditioning! All guests of Cedar Glen Lodge enjoy a complimentary continental breakfast, Wi-Fi and s’mores by the outdoor fire pit (weather permitting).
Being an eco-friendly resort, we offer complimentary Tesla and Universal Electric Charging Stations! Beach chairs, coolers and rafts are available for our guests to take to the lake and there is also a heated pool, hot tub and sauna for those who wish to spend the day on the property. Our common area has picnic tables and for the barbecues, we supply everything but the food.

Beginning June 28, Kings Beach offers a free concert series every Friday (excluding August 9) with Music On The Beach at the Kings Beach Recreation Area. Enjoy a night of music and dancing and sample some local craft beers and offerings from the many food vendors.
Within walking distance of Cedar Glen Lodge is the Tahoe Adventure Company. Kayaks and paddle-boards are available for rent and they also offer guided tours such as Sunset Kayaking every Friday and full moon kayaking tours. They also offer many land adventures such as mountain bike tours, hiking and rock climbing.
While there are a couple of sandy beaches within walking distance, Sand Harbor State Park is an absolutely stunning beach 12 miles east of Cedar Glen Lodge. They have a very large white, sandy beach and you can also rent kayaks and paddle-boards and explore the pristine waters and stunning rock formations. The beach can get very crowded so leave early or park in Incline Village and take their shuttle to and from Sand Harbor.
Every Thursday from 8 am to 1 pm, there is the Tahoe City Farmer’s Market at Commons Beach. Just 8 miles from Cedar Glen Lodge, the outdoor market has a variety of options that will satisfy the vegetarian, carnivore and those with a sweet tooth.
Invited musicians from around the world will be performing from Jul 7 through August 11 at the Classical Tahoe Festival. The events will be held on the campus of Sierra Nevada College in Incline Village.
The Tahoe Gal offers daily cruises to Emerald Bay and along the North and West shores of Lake Tahoe. Lunch, Sunset, Cocktail and Brunch cruises depart from Tahoe City on the 120-passenger paddle wheeler.
